	LCD LASER REPAIRS
	SL455/SL465 series

	These units shine a laser on the defective parts that have arisen during the LCD manufacturing process. They then connect thin film patter cuts, points of contact (parts that have melted together) or wiring using a laser CVD film to make them into acceptable products and hence improve LCD yield. They also have review unit functions thanks to a high resolution observation optical system.
