  Highlights
Laser processors are central to the rapid pace of development and miniaturization of electronic parts. We will display our extensive lineup of unique laser processors. We will introduce our newly launched NUV laser trimmer which are technologically advanced than former models and traceability marker most suitable for marking miniaturized two-dimensional codes. We will also show lead-free implementation of electronic parts using the low output pulse laser welder. Further, as reference exhibits, we will display one of the largest high-power laser marker in Japan and one of the largest high-power and high-performance THG laser in the world. At our booth, staff will be available at all times to provide detailed explanations. |
