OMRON LASERFRONT co-exhibits the products and technologies as OMRON GROUP at "18^th FPD R&D and Manufacturing Technology EXPO & Conference" (aka Finetech Japan) holds at Tokyo Big Sight during April 16 (Wed) to 18 (Fri), 2008.
At this exhibition, we would introduce the very broad　range of products and technologies from OMRON Group cover processing, inspection and repair machines for FPD business world. As for the products of OMRON LASERFRONT, we exhibit newly developed Laser Scriber machine, Laser CVD TFT Array Repair machine for the 10^th generation, the Photo Mask Repair machine capable to adopt to the half tone technology and so forth with engineers who explain the details at the booth all the time.
